PRACTICE AND TRACK HIRE
Our track is open for practice generally 7 days a week, 8am-5.30pm. On occasion, the track may be closed for working bees, maintenance or private hires and this information will be communicated via our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as our website.
As a club, we do not run regular club organised practice sessions, however KA licensed drivers may practice at the track under the supervision of their own Karting Activity Controller official when the track is available. This could be a parent, guardian or friend who is over 18 years of age and has completed the Level Five Karting Australia official’s course.
More information on how to obtain a Karting Activity Controller (KAC) license can be found here

Bookings and payment for practice are only available online and must be requested at least 24-48 hours prior to the date you would like to practice. Please note for weekend practice, this request must be made no later than Friday morning 8am. Click on the tabs below for more information
1. Contact the club to check the date you would like to practice is available. Preferred contact is via email to our Club Secretary secretary@cckc.com.au however you can also contact the club via the Cooloola Coast Kart Club Facebook page.
2. When the club has confirmed your requested date is available, the person who will be your Karting Activity Controller official for your practice session must log into their KOMP account and apply to be the supervising official for your Social Karting Activity. This application must be completed at least 24-48 hours prior to your session as it requires approval before you go to the track.
3. Once the KAC application has been approved, a social karting activity will be set up in the Events section on KOMP. Each driver who is attending the practice session must then log into their own KOMP account and register for the practice session and pay the practice fee
